The Centro per l’Arte Contemporanea Luigi Pecci is one of Europe’s leading contemporary art museums, internationally recognized for its excellence. As the museum approached a key two-year period full of new initiatives, its leadership decided to invest in team development. Together with Bold Stories, we designed a tailor-made Team Building journey to awaken the “bold” spirit within the museum’s team.
It is precisely during pivotal moments that organizations must remember how people are their most valuable asset.
Experience Highlights
We worked on identifying the different Bold Characters, individual talents, and the dynamics within the team. We also mapped the main relational flows, pinpointing both strengths and areas for improvement, and implemented strategies to reorganize them effectively.
After an initial phase of team building, the team chose to design a business challenge within the framework of the Fundraising area, using our Storytelling Thinking® framework and canvas. This allowed them to directly apply their new skills to a core business activity for the immediate future.
Results
At the end of the workshop series, the team gained a shared tool to interpret their daily work reality, act in alignment with their unique strengths, and collaborate organically towards the organization’s goals.
All of this was achieved with a pop approach that eased tensions and allowed creativity to flourish in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment.
