Lottozero – Textile Laboratories is an innovative creative hub: part textile lab, part kunsthalle, part coworking space, and residency for international designers, with a strong focus on sustainable fashion.
At a crucial stage of organizational consolidation, the team of four founders turned to Bold Stories to maximize the value of their brand and systematize the services they had experimented with over the years, in order to generate new business opportunities.
Experience highlights
We worked on Lottozero’s strategic branding using our Bold Stories Model®. Once we identified their positioning through the Bold Character and its narrative worlds, we mapped all of the brand’s assets and its relational ecosystem (current and potential clients, stakeholders, competitors…). This enabled us to define strategic guidelines to strengthen the brand’s awareness, reputation, and authority.
Once this identity-building phase was completed, we focused specifically on identifying potential areas for development and growth. The consultancy highlighted the opportunity, thanks to Lottozero’s existing assets, to create a brand-new Business Unit.
To design it, we applied our proprietary Storytelling Thinking® methodology: through targeted exercises and our custom Canvas, the team was able to “imagine” the story of their own character, designing the business unit from A to Z in a single immersive session. A fast and effective method to test possible scenarios, and identify critical areas and resilience points, saving time and resources during the implementation phase.
At the end of the consultancy, after a phase of refining all the outputs through our expertise, Lottozero received the Bold Stories Strategy Book, a fully customized strategic document of around one hundred pages, to help them move in the right direction. It’s our most renowned consulting output and the one our clients value the most.
Results
After the consultancy, Lottozero’s founders had a clear roadmap to grow their brand and start structuring the new business unit. The process materialized with the creation of the new Lottozero Design Studio, capitalizing on the brand’s years of experience and international thought leadership in the textile and sustainable fashion sectors.
Thanks to the narrative work, in the months following the consultancy Lottozero’s online community more than doubled, the brand gained greater awareness and reputation, and opened doors to new and exciting collaborations.
