With 220 cooperatives operating across Alto Adige and nearly 30,000 members, Coopbund is a key pillar of the region. On the occasion of a historic presidential transition, the organization decided to host a major Congress with its stakeholders.
Given the event’s significance, the challenge was to design it effectively and efficiently, ensuring ample time to fine-tune every detail of its execution. That’s why we proposed working with our Storytelling Thinking® methodology
Experience Highlights
The goal of our protagonist—Coopbund—was to define a winning strategy for Congress, with a particular focus on the presidential transition and strengthening the sense of belonging among the member cooperatives.
Using our dedicated Canvas, and guiding the team—including the future president—through the 5 steps of our methodology, we helped shape the Congress strategy, focusing on:
– Key messages and content to convey
– Strengthening the connection with the member cooperatives
– Highlighting the key moments of the transition from the outgoing to the incoming president
Results
By the end of the session, with the completed Canvas, Coopbund had a clear and structured strategic and operational roadmap—a true to-do list for bringing Congress to life.
In just one intensive session, the organization completed a design process that would have otherwise taken weeks and required significant resources.
When the time came, the Congress was a success, marking a historic milestone not only for Coopbund but for the entire entrepreneurial landscape of the region.
